<Jeju> is a Korean restaurant located in Tofino Island, Canada. Although far away from Korea, <Jeju> cooks its dishes using main ingredients grown in Korea to deliver an authentic taste of Korean home cooking.

To embody the complex yet neatly refined feel of Korean food in <Jeju>’s visual identity, I wanted to combine both the restaurant’s English name (Jeju) and Korean name (재주) in the symbol. The supporting artworks are drawn to represent Korea and Tofino Island. Various applications were used to create the artworks.
